Trip Country Info

Malaysia

Malaysia is a South East Asian Country consisting of 13 states and 3 federal territories, located in the heart of Southeast Asia, it shares a land border with Thailand and maritime borders with the Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam.  Malays, Chinese, Indians and many other ethnic groups have lived together in Malaysia for generations.  All these cultures have influenced each other, creating a truly unmissable Malaysian culture.

This country offers a huge diversity in nature and culture, but is also a modern country.   The Sipadan Islands in Malaysia are also a very popular spot for divers.  The Capital of this Country is Kuala Lumpur, and means ”Muddy Estuary”  in the Malay language, it is one of Asia’s busies and livelisest metropolises.  It’s a melting pot of different cultures and religions which is unique in Asia.  You have to see the Petronas Towers at least once and take a proper picture of them.  Try the street food, which is amazing and cheap, whether it is Chinese, Indian or traditional Nonya cuisine, KL is a great place to eat your way through Asia.

If you want to have an experience full of unique discoveries then this is the place for you.  Please look further at all of our experiences on offer.
