What better way to immerse yourself in the exciting and fast-paced business culture of China than with an internship? You will quickly get up to speed on Chinese language and culture, as well as forming and international network of business connections and friendships.
You will kick off the program with a month-long language program so that you are better prepared to enter the business world. Your internship business placement will last between 2-6 months, and offers you the best chance to work in Chengdu, Zhanjiang, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Beijing, as well as other various provinces of China. This is the perfect opportunity for anybody with an interest in international business environments and Chinese culture.
If needed, we will assist you in finding a suitable apartment ,but you will have to pay the rent. Some employers may provide you with faccommodationtion.

Your itinerary for the first month of the program will help you to understand the local area, culture and learn the language. This month is to help you settle in – after this, you will begin placement within your desired industry where no two placements will be the same, and you will adapt to the schedule of your placement.
Week 1: Introduction
The first week of the program is all about orientation. You’ll get to know the local area and enjoy a welcome party with the other interns. Your days will be jam packed with Chinese lessons, cultural classes and excursions out to see famous places, and try famous local dishes. By the end of the week, you will have a better understanding of the culture and language, and made a lot of new friends! The weekend is time to enjoy and explore with some free time. The coordinator will recommend good places for you to visit, so you can explore the city with your new friends in your own time!
Monday to Wednesday will be spent experiencing more local sights and tradition, including a tea factory visit, expedition to the local market and a training course on Chinese Courtesy. Wednesday evening you’ll enjoy a home made BBQ, then from Thursday onward you’ll be meeting your inhouse coordinator and spend a couple of days getting to know your new company and arranging your working schedule.
Week 3 & onwards
You begin your internship placement from here on. Your exact schedule will be defined by your host company.
